Hi, I'm Dr. Stevie Morris! I grew up in Pierce, NE, with my parents and two sisters. I attended both elementary and high school in Pierce. After graduation, I pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.
I participated in the 2 & 2 program for veterinary school, spending two years at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completing my doctorate at Iowa State University. I graduated from Iowa State University with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in May 2018. I am a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA).
I chose this profession because of my love of animals combined with my passion for science. I particularly enjoy dermatology and internal medicine, finding great satisfaction in diagnosing and treating complex cases.
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to interact and build relationships with clients, helping them properly care for their pets. Working with animals every day brings me immense joy and fulfillment, and I cherish the trust that pet owners place in me to care for their pets.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband, Dan, and I share our home with two cats, Frank and Lo Mein, and two dogs, Chloe and Jaxon. I enjoy taking my dogs on walks, camping, and watching movies. These activities provide a perfect balance to my professional life and allow me to recharge and connect with loved ones.
